Phone Call Related Services

A telephone note visit charge may be assessed for certain phone call related services if you call in requesting assessment and treatment for concerns that are not associated to a recent healthcare visit with our office. In order to properly perform the service we often need to perform a review of your healthcare records including prior office visits, exam findings, and laboratory studies or imaging findings. This then will lead to appropriate recommendations including additional testing and prescribing medications when appropriate. The services do require physician time, expertise, and cessation of the normal work day activities to attend to the request delaying the ability to provide care to already scheduled patient care.
