If you meet any of the following criteria, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment at ENT Specialties:
If you have ONE of the following symptoms:
- Fever over 100.4⁰ F
- New Onset Shortness-of-Breath or Difficulty Breathing
- New Onset Dry Cough
- New Onset Loss of Taste or Smell
If you have TWO OR MORE of the following symptoms:
- Chills
- Congestion and/or Runny Nose
- Nausea, Vomiting or Diarrhea
- Sore Throat
- Headache
- Muscle Pain
If you reside with someone diagnosed with COVID-19
– OR –
Have had close contact with a COVID-19 infected person
– OR –
Have a pending COVID-19 test?
We offer the following advice if you meet any of the above criteria to ensure the health and well-being of yourself and others:
- Self-Isolate – Remain at home avoiding exposure to others
- Contact your primary care provider or seek medical care
- Get tested for COVID-19
