Our patient portal, MyMedicalLocker, enables you to perform multiple functions related to your ENT patient account 24 hours a day. This includes filling out new or established patient forms prior to your appointment, view/download/print your patient health records, send a secure message to one of our nurses, request an appointment and review account balances.
If you have received a separate bill from Physician Surgical Center (PSC) please go back to our Home page and click on the PSC Online Bill Pay link to review and pay.
