Audiology

The Audiology Department at ENT Specialties is responsible for the diagnostic evaluation of patients suffering from both hearing and balance disorders. The department also houses the Hearing Aid Center, which offers dispensing and maintenance of a wide variety of hearing aids and assistive listening devices.

Barb McCulloch, M.A., has a Master degree in Audiology. She is a retired clinical audiologist who practiced for 35 years. She currently serves as the hearing aid assistant for the department. She has three children and also enjoys her four grandchildren.

Nikki Kopetzky#

Nikki Kopetzky, AuD, CCC-A, F-AAA, received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, now Salus University, in 2008. She received her Master of Science degree in Audiology from the Universtiy of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) in 2004 and Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from UNL in 2000. She has been working at ENT Specialties since March of 2003 and is currently the audiology and hearing aid departments manager. Nikki has been interested in Audiology since a young age because she grew up with a hearing impaired father and has a good childhood friend who was born deaf. Her special interests include diagnostic testing, working with hearing aids and pediatric audiology. She is a member of the Nebraska State Speech Language and Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology, and the American Speech and Hearing Association. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.



Claudia Pleskac#

Claudia Pleskac, M.A., CCC-A, a native of Lincoln, Nebraska, received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology from the University of Nebraska -Lincoln in 1975. She has been employed as an Audiologist for over 34 years including employment with ENT Specialties since June 2003. The diagnostic testing of all age groups and the evaluation of balance disorders are her main areas of interest. Recently she has begun working with hearing aids. Claudia and her husband have seven children and are enjoying being grandparents.




Kristin Jolkowski#

Kristin Jolkowski, Au.D., CCC-A, is a Lincoln native and has worked at ENT Specialties since February 2009. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009. Her main interests include hearing aids and diagnostic testing. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies with her husband, and spending time with family.

Hannah Ditmars, Au.D., CCC-A, originally from Pickrell, NE, joined ENT Specialties in February of 2010. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2009 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and French from Manchester College in 2004. Hannah enjoys working with patients of all ages. Her main interests include pediatric audiology and international audiology. She is a member of the Nebraska Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the International Society of Audiology. When not at work, Hannah enjoys gardening with her husband, remodeling their ninety-five year old home, and visiting family and friends.
